Tires Plus

I went back to have my tires rotated after getting 2 new tires from this location. When asked why they had rotated the tires NEW ones on FRONT RIGHT and BACK LEFT, the answer was “I don’t know”. No notes in the file. They offered to look at why. So they inspected it. Conclusion: NO APPARENT REASON. They said they would swap them to the correct position now. I asked for some type of reassurance. ‘Tires’ is in the name on the sign. I asked why would I believe in their capability to do tasks that imply a level of competence, and the response was “What do you want me to do, fire the tech?” said Mike. I stated, “your willing to loose me as a customer because you won’t offer me anything to compensate for your mistake?” He said he would put the tires back in correct place. That just brings me

We were on our way out of town to help with a family move when we discovered a large nail in our tire. We went to Tires Plus because it was close. They were busy but fit us in. They couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding and we truly appreciated Mike and his team helping us out. Have already recommended them to friends.

Pat and Hunter were absolutely amazing. I did not feel like just a regular customer. I felt super special and taking care of. I am definitely coming back. I ended up getting the warranty on my alignment and I’m getting new tires next week. They found all the discounts that they could find in order to help me get the most in the best deals possible!!! I was blown away by the professionalism and the quality of service I’ve received yesterday! I called in around noon asking about replacing a damaged tire on my car and they did it without any issues, despite the tire I needed can be challenging to get right away. Pat has assisted me and made the whole process a breeze! He was very polite, very helpful and extremely professional! The price was unbeatable and the service was top notch! Tires Plus has definitely gained a new customer. I highly recommend this shop, give them a call!!

I have been coming here for 20 years for various needs. I have never had a bad experience. Today was no different. Came in with a tire with a nail in it. Even though it was a busy Saturday they were able to get me in and out in about an hour, so I could continue my errands . Thanks guys now I can go fishing tomorrow.
