Tech Maney and Service Manager Chris went above and beyond to help me out when tires pressure was low due to cold weather. They also did a few other things my car needed and they were happy to help and did it with a smile. Service like this is hard to come by tbese days so thank you so much to both of you and I will def. be back when I need tires or other services your business offers. Outstanding Service yesterday at Tires Plus! I had an amazing experience at Tires Plus! They had the exact two tires I needed and were able to fit me in the same day. While working on my car, they also noticed I was due for an oil change and took care of it quickly. What I really appreciated was how Chris and Brian handled everything — super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kindly pointed out that my battery, brake fluid flush, and air filter were due soon, but there was no pressure at all — just honest advice and helpful information. Great!! Experience I had a blow out tire on Thanksgiving eve right before the place closed. Doug and Cody changed it right away with no hesitation. They gave up time with their families to assist me in my time of need and I really appreciate that. Their kindness made my horrible situation tolerable. My car looks great and I am back on the road. They were very knowledgeable about their products (tires, filters, windshield wipers) while be very efficient. I have a Tesla Model Y and electric vehicles have special needs / requirements. They helped me pick the correct tires, lifted the vehicle the correct way (so as not to damage the batteries).

The people were AWESOME! I have CarvanaCare and they had to work with Silver Rock multiple times to get the service covered as we have 3 free maintnenace vouchers. They kept on the Silver Rock folks to make sure I did not have to pay! It was frustrating working with Silver Rock, but they were always courteous and had great customer service with me!
