Tires Plus

Absolutely horrible. My wife took my Tahoe to have new tires put on but keep the old ones. Have third row seating and let it down with cardboard to protect truck. TheySTOOD THEM UP AND SHOVED THEM IN THE BACK AND LAYED THE FOURTH ONE IN THE BACK SEAT. I immediately called and filed a complaint when my wife got home. Every rim is scratched and I posted pics of the gouges. There “big boss” at the Firestone location denied the claim. Even called corporate and after a couple weeks of messages I finally got to talk to someone and they said claim was denied. Sorriness and inexperience is all I can say. Pathetic customer service. I will tell everyone not to use Any of their locations. BTW. I went to the store and the manager wouldn’t even come out of the office. The counter guy said he was on lun

Tires Plus in Merritt Island has been my go-to for car maintenance for a while now. Everyone has always been super nice and accommodating. And an added bonus is they’re open 7 days!

We have used your stores in Merritt Island both Tires Plus and Firestone and have been very happy with their services. We take are vehicles over when visiting my mother-in-law. They found several issues with work completed at our local tires plus shop that apparently almost cost us our motor as we were almost out of oil when we got to the other coast. Thankfully, the mechanic there was able to back track and find the issues and get them repaired properly.

They have never failed me—not once. Fast, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I left feeling safe, taken care of, and incredibly grateful. This is the kind of place you hope exists when you need help, and they always show up. Highly recommend.

I called Tire Plus 1 hour before they closed because I had a flat tire. Jason told me to quickly take my pickup in and his technician will check my tire. I ended up needing a new tire because there was a blade in my tire which created a 5 inch gash. My pickup had a brand new tire and I was very happy with their service, kindness and professionalism. Thank you Jason and the technician who changed my tire for helping me out last minute.
