I have been coming here for a couple of years. I used to only take my car to the dealer but I needed a quick oil change and came here by chance a few years ago and I never left! They are kind, and explain everything and show you everything and they are not pushy. Their prices are reasonable (definitely significantly less than the dealer but also compared to other similar businesses I consistently find them to be the better option). They email everything in pdf instantly when they check the car, with photos, descriptions, and they always are very accurate with their timelines and they tell you when parts will be arriving if needed etc so that you can have the info and plan accordingly. Excellent service at [Tires Plus . Mr Pedro Pineda who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to explain the tire options, warranties, and maintenance tips in plain language, which I really appreciated. The entire process-from selecting 4 new tires to getting them installed and back in my car-was swift and seamless. As a woman, I felt respected and well taken care of throughout. I'II definitely be returning for future tire needs. For sure will recommend the shop to all my friends and family!

In reality I’ve never trusted mechanics. But tires plus is the exception to the rule. They’re honest and very transparent about pricing. Personally I wouldn’t go to any other mechanic in Miami. Pineda is amazing, he helped me out when I really needed it. Thank you
