Wonderful experience today with Oscar. It was really busy in there and he had things running so smoothly and gave great customer service to everyone. After being quoted an hour and a half just to have my car looked at at the Honda dealership, I came here, and Oscar took my car in immediately. It was fixed and I was out the door in less than an hour. Shout out to Herman for getting it fixed so quickly! They also charged me way less than they could have. He really helped turn a rough morning into a great day. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment with T. C. to have a tire replaced. When I arrived he was very cordial, courteous and he had the paperwork ready for my review and signature. During my visit, I also replaced my battery. The staff was very friendly, and the store was clean. The services were done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location to others. I’ve been coming to this TiresPlus for many years, but the experience today was above and beyond. I had a nail in my tire and needed a flat repaired. Because of typical Miami traffic, I didn’t arrive until about 30 minutes before closing. TC and his team went out of their way to fix my flat and stayed beyond closing time to make sure I was good to go. I’m a customer for life.
