This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a mechanic. The customer service was outstanding, the front desk team went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt comfortable with the process. They showed patience, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish, no matter the time of day. I truly appreciated how transparent and helpful they were. Highly recommend!

I had a flat tire and came here because my husband had a great experience. I was greeted by Pat who got my car in right away and they were able to patch the tire/get me in and out in 45 minutes. I am extremely appreciative and will absolutely be back for any of my future tire needs due to the level of care, empathy and service. Thank you!!

They were very friendly and helpful. I overheard other conversations with other clients and they treated everyone with respect and kindness. They also did not try to take advantage of people in their distress. Having your primary vehicle that you count on for your job not work is stressful. They were transparent, open and honest while dealing with people in stressful circumstances. I will definitely be back!

Fast and very friendly service! I stopped in for tire service after a pothole accident 🫣 and Curtis took great care of me.
