Tires Plus

Great, fast service. I came in for the big tire sale and got 4 new tires for my car. It was easy to make a weekend appointment and drop my car off. They got everything done quickly and treated my car with extra care. Which I greatly appreciate. The store manager and everyone I interacted with were super nice. As a woman I felt very comfortable bringing my car here. Which is very important to me. The tires look amazing and they improved my ride quality.

I initially took my 4Runner to Tires Plus at 158th & Metcalf to fix a slow tire leak. I took time off work for the appointment, but unfortunately they couldn’t find the issue and the tire was still leaking. After that experience, I called the Alden location and worked with Francis, and the difference was night and day. Francis (team) kept me informed the entire time, clearly put in the effort, and ultimately found a small screw in the tire that had been causing the leak all along. He got it fixed. I’ll gladly drive the extra 8 minutes for service like that. Francis earned my trust, and that location will be my go-to from now on.

Carl Joyce at Tires Plus seriously saved our night! We arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and he still took care of our tire and got us safely back on the road. Super friendly and provided great customer service. Can’t thank him enough!

I recently had a lug nut break off. Even though they didn't break it they were very helpful in scheduling me and then replaced the lug nut free of charge. I have always been happy with this location and have appreciated their good work and honesty. Highly recommend.

A huge “Thank You” to the guys at Tires Plus for getting my truck in a fixing a tire late in the evening. I got a fast air leak out of a tire and called multiple places to bring my truck in and couldn’t find one until I called Tires Plus. Other establishments sent their people home, a couple an hour before closing, and nobody would help me. They stayed a half hour, after they were supposed to close, to do my tires and get me back on the road. I truly appreciate the service they gave me and will definitely be back to their establishment.
