Tires Plus

I called early in the morning and got a same day appointment. When I arrived they got some information and worked on my car quick. It was a minimal wait time. I had my little one with me and I didn’t realize they had a table with snacks until we were heading out. The gentleman at the counter offered her one which I was very grateful because my daughter and I both left happy from Tires Plus. :)

Excellent experience! The service was spot-on, and the staff were professional and friendly throughout. Came in for an oil change — the wait time was minimal, and everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment for an even smoother visit!

Recently replaced tires on my van with these guys. I was satisfied at first but I noticed a couple issues. They did not put the spare back under the van, instead they put the spare back on the van and put my regular tire under the van. The sticker is still on the rim. Also they did not properly sync the tire pressure monitoring system. When changing the oil they could not properly They took the cover off my air filter and could not get it properly. Attached again. One calling them they said that it shouldn't affect my gas mileage, which it did and to save time I ended up fixing it myself. Other than that the tires are good tires

Cameron was very helpful and kind as were the other techs. I went from being very frustrated with loads of anxiety to being told it would be taken care of and it was. I appreciated them staying patient with me through the process, listening to what I described, and fixing it in a good amount of time. They had excellent communication and I left very satisfied.

First they tried to tell me they could not repair the tire cause it was weather cracked, they changed that tune when I told them the tires were just a little over a couple years old. Despite that they still tried to sell me tires when my tires still had half tread left. Told me my oil was dirty and needed changed, not likely I just changed the oil in January with AMSOIL full synthetic, Which gets done when the change oil light comes on, even though it is 24,000 mile oil.
