Tires Plus

I stopped in late in the day on Sunday with a tire emergency. They had what I needed and were able to mount the tires right away. I was due for an oil change anyway so I had them take care of that for me too. The timing was right when I needed it and the price was less than expected. As I pulled out of the lot I noticed a pleasant scent and that they gave my interior a quick cleaning too! Stellar service for a good deal by friendly and informative staff.

Had possibly the more frustrating interaction with a "mechanic" I've ever had. Have had multiple alignments done here on another vehicle with no issues. Made an appointment to have my Jeep aligned after replacing all upper/lower control arms, shocks, tie rod ends etc. Employee behind the counter could not have cared less when I tried to drop it off. When I asked about what needs to be adjusted as I had again just replaced everything he proceeded to argue that "non of that needs to be adjusted and I would need aftermarket centric bolts to do what I'm taking about." Which makes zero sense for this vehicle and is just factually wrong. Gave him the benefit of the doubt on misunderstanding or confusing it with a different jeep model and just moved on hoping I'd get someone more knowledgeable wh

I have been going to this tires plus for years!! Suzanne is amazing, they always do a great, thorough job! They explain everything in detail as well. Every time I drop my car off I know it’s in good, caring hands!!

Had a screw in a newer tire. I waited an hour for a patch job but they then said it couldn’t be patched and they could only sell me a new tire if I got 4 new tires (all 4 tires I had were purchased within the last 2 months). Went to Walmart today and they patched the tire just fine, working great. Don’t waste your time/ money at this location.

I own 4 business 12 vichels and multiple trailers, I take everything to this store. They are willing to price match and take care of any of your needs. Zack and Dyson are great to work with and all they care about is you being safe on the road. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they wont sell you something you don't need. Great place, great environment, you cant go wrong with this crew.
