Tires Plus

Always had great service at tires plus in Otsego, I’ve brought several tires in for repair whether it’s for my mini loader or my work trucks, they have always been quick on turn around and provided great service for a very reasonable price. Thank you Tires Plus! The tire picture led had a broken bead lock as well as a puncture that they plugged for me. Being that it’s for a machine they were able to plug it.

I brought my truck to Tires Plus - 8665 Parson Ave NE for a replacement tire after previously being told the tire had been patched and plugged. However, when I returned, the nail was still visibly in the tire. I have the receipt from the prior visit. I was then told the replacement tire I needed was completely unavailable anywhere in the state, and that my only options were: Purchase two brand new tires, or Install my summer tires early. Based on that information, I scheduled to have my summer tires installed the following day. After the summer tires were already mounted and the rotation completed, I was then informed that the exact replacement tire had been located in Chanhassen and could be ordered in. Had I been told this was a possibility the day before, I would have waited 24 hou

Super helpful, even when I was not feeling well and a little crabby from a tooth extraction. They were so kind about it, definitely apologized the next day but they both understood tooth pain. Good customer service and very happy with tires.

I had a great experience. My car hood would not open. Jason service writer took my car in the back and have the tech clean it. This was done at no cost. Thank you so much!

I had a flat tire on my way to work. Luckily I managed to make it to their shop. I rolled in as soon as they were unlocking the doors and I was back on the road in 30 mins.
