We have been taking all of our vehicles here for several years. We have never complained about anything from here till now. (The build up) It seems EVERY TIME we have taken vehicles here we get it back with something wrong. We have recently had our AC done on our Honda and it was taken back several times for it not being right…..IT STILL isn’t right and not cooling. We pay something every time we have to take it back to try to make it right. We have decided to just eventually take it somewhere else as summer now approaches. Took in our Bronco to have new rotors and brakes and received it back with 1 (Gold) open face lug nut and was told it was tire locks?! We don’t have any locks and it was only one 1 tire! Took it in and they switched it from a gold to silver and still wasn’t a matching l

Let me say this. Matt is beyond awesome. This kind man went above and beyond for me and my situation. I was displaced in Palm Bay, incident on 95 South landed me there. Mr. Matt is the reason im able to drive myself home. I'll just say that. God knew exactly what to do and Mr. MATT AT TIRE PLUS WAS THE ANGEL ON DUTY. GOD BLESS THIS MAN AND HIS FAMILY.

I had a leaky tire so I called and made a 9:00 AM appointment. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly man named Anthony. I told him I was early and he happily replied “Early is good” Within 45 minutes they repaired my tire and because I had road hazard there wasn’t any charge. I couldn’t be happier with the super friendly staff and great service. Thank You Anthony and your knowledgeable crew!

Customer Service was outstanding. I got a flat tire on the highway and when the tow truck dropped me off, they were able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently giving me the best price available. It went from a frustrating day to not that bad at all.
