Tires Plus

My experience at Tires Plus in Peachtree City was phenomenal. Brian was extremely helpful and found ways for me to save more money, which I truly appreciated. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the services being performed. I had my coolant system flushed and a full car inspection done, and everything was completed in a timely manner. The staff was professional, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape. Overall, the customer service was top-tier, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

I've had several good experiences over the past year. The first was a simple tire repair on my truck. Quick and easy. A couple months later I bought a set of tires for my Honda. The staff was easy to work with and the pricing was competitive (I shopped around). The final time was yesterday. My son hit a massive pothole with my new tires and caused sidewall damage. I spoke with Brian and he confirmed that everything was covered with the road hazard warranty. I've dealt with road hazard warranties in the past and usually had a lot of pushback (alignment off, air pressure not exactly right, etc.) Not this time. Brian just smiled and said no problem. He needed to order the tire, but had it at the shop within 6 hrs. I came back and they installed the tire and inspected my car for any

Brian and his team did a great job on my truck. I was updated throughout the process and did not feel forced into buying any service that I did not want. I had new tires put on, rear brake rotors and pads, oil change, and an alignment. Pricing was good and service was excellent. Thank you very much and I'll see you again in 6,000 miles!

Brian at Tire Plus was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, he guided me through everything I needed with professionalism and honesty. I came in needing new tires, brakes, and an oil change, and Brian took the time to explain my options, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was no pressure just great customer service and clear communication. The work was done efficiently and the experience was stress-free. My visit started before I even got there. I called first and spoke with Brian. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he followed up with me after our call. I live an hour away so the fact that I drove an hour out of my way should say something about is the standard of service. Once I arrived, it took almost no time for me to get my car into the garage. I loved the fact that I was kept abreast of what was going on and given recommendations based on what was going on with my car. Brian was even willing to let me see my rotors and explain to me what I was looking at. This was my first time The level of service here is exceptional and I’d highly recommend this location to anyone…ask for Brian!
