They are just so kind and have excellent wonderful customer service. ANNA is the manager and she is amazing. She makes things happen. They make you feel like family there. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be using them for all my services moving forward thanks tires plus for keeping me in my car safe.

I would recommend every person who reads this to go to them. Great prices, amazing service. The employees were friendly and extremely helpful. Troy who checked me in was awesome and even got a sausage dog cooked on the grill. Was absolutely delicious. The other man, didn’t catch his name was just so jovial and great attitude. I will be back soon for my rear tires and brakes. Y’all reading this, I promise you will be pleasantly surprised at how they make you feel at home and help in the best way possible to get your car back on the road. (My rear tire was ready to end its life) I need all four. Stepping stones though with my budget.

Took my 2020 Ford to have a tire fixed and the others rotated and balanced. This place is a joke. The guy that supposedly fixed my tire was more worried about his long hair being in his face and trying to be a mechanic than just doing his job. He informed that all Fords that have 100,000 miles or more have to have the whole suspension replaced.. strange i have multiple fords with over 400,000 and never have done anything to the suspension. Guess were not intelligent. 2 hours later after telling me everything that wasnt wrong with my vehicle he got it done. Went down to the beach and woke up the next morning with a flat tire.. if you would worry about fixing the tire properly and not trying to diagnose other mechanical issues in your head mabey we wouldn't be trying to get it fixed again. T

We had a great experience with this Tires Plus location. They were honest, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and extremely helpful--I can go on and on. Previously we had a not so good set of tires on our car and assumed we needed tires, brakes and rotors, thought the suspension or balance was off so we went in with a list of what we thought we needed. They told us when to come in so we'd get the best deal so that was a good first impression. They were able to find the exact tires we wanted and were installed quickly. Everything else checked out fine all we needed was new tires and an oil change so they were completely honest as we thought we needed so much more. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the outcome!! They were extremely trustworthy there's no need to go anyplace else!
