Tires Plus

Made an appointment to have tires installed, for them to not have the tires on hand when I showed up for the appointment. Whatever, this stuff happens from time to time. The manager then set up a new appointment far enough out for them to get the tires. She made the appointment for January 1st. I didn't think anything of it, because a lot of places are open on new year's day. Even got an email and text that morning reminding me of the appointment. I showed up, and they were closed. Lights out, doors locked, no one in the parking lot. You would think the store manager would know not to make service appointments on a day that they're closed. Been going here for years, the one time I branched out because they were busy I ended up going to court with the mechanic. These guys are great, Roy the manager is the best, no bs, no trying to sell you on something, they tell you whats wrong and get it fixed in an appropriate time and price. Can't recommend enough, last mechanic shop you'll ever need.

All I needed was a tire replaced for a dump trailer, you would have thought I was spending a thousand dollars by the way the manager treated me. It is very difficult to find good customer service, it's refreshing to find GREAT customer service. The manager at this location is a keeper.

This place is amazing. They accommodate and get you in as soon as possible. The guys are upbeat and happy that work on your vehicle. The lady at the desk is always pleasant and kind. You gotta drop by here if you have car problems. They are courteous and efficient. Thank you all. I shall return.

I've been coming here for years because of the tire selection and great service. So much so that I brought my daughter in when she needed tires this time. Erin at this Tires Plus location always makes it feel like friends taking care of friends and that's something you don't find much of anymore when making a purchase. Thank you for everything and of course, you'll definitely be seeing me again!
