Tires Plus

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car shop. The most unintelligent people I’ve ever seen. I came in for an alignment and to replace two rear tires. The tire replacement was fine, but the alignment was trash. First off, the appointment took a lot longer than I was told. The guy who gave me back my keys and who was doing the payment at the desk was surprised that it took so long and was really confused. He knew it shouldn’t have taken so long. Then after I get my car back and begin to leave, I immediately notice something really wrong. I can hear and feel this popping noise while driving. I had an excellent experience at Tires Plus thanks to Brian, Chris, and Travis. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure all my expectations were not only met but exceeded. The service was efficient, honest, and stress-free, which is hard to come by these days. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional care for their vehicle.

It took a few days to get a quote but I understood the shop was busy. I was told my compressor needed to be replaced and then the following day I was told I need the compressor, condenser and valve replaced. I finally did receive a quote which included 4 new tires, which 3 of my tires are fine, and the worst part was on the quote it included needing maintenance done which was actually just done 2 months prior at that same TiresPlus! That was a 120k tune up and included spark plugs, fuel system cleaning and coolant fluid exchange. This makes me question if the work I paid for in December was even in fact done! The entirety of the quote was over $3,000 dollars. I went to a different mechanic and he fixed my AC and charged me $660 and I only needed a new compressor. I will not be back. Pictur

I had the pleasure of being helped by Chris and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in with a flat tire and the service was completed in a fairly reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this place for all your car needs.

He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed without trying to push unnecessary extras. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear that Travis cares about his customers and runs the shop the right way. I left feeling very confident in the work and happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tires or car care.
