Tires Plus

The customer service here is impeccable. I searched every where in my city to get a 245 60 R18 tire and every one had to order this size except here and while I waited for my tire to be replaced I sat and enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee and a movie. My total experience was amazing 👏 Thank You All for helping me in such short notice..

My advice is find a business you like and stick with ‘em - Tires Plus does it for me: great, knowledgeable, helpful people and good prices. They know my vehicles, have all the records of my purchase & work history and they’re good at what they do! It’s so important to get a grip…and that’s what keeps you on the road!

I got a flat tire late at night and called in desperation, as I was stuck at the Capital Volvo/Volkswagen dealer by them. Even though they were about to close, Adam gave me all the info I needed and even offered to come back after close once I got towed there. He gave me his personal number and communicated with me a lot. He was an angel! He got my tire ordered and replaced quickly, and I cannot thank him enough. Adam is a lifesaver!!!! I cannot reccomend this shop enough. Thanks y'all! :)

Adam and Greg did an awesome job today making sure everything was serviced correctly on my vehicle. They went out of their way to expedite getting approval from my company for the addition Al service needed and rushed the delivery of parts so I could make it to an important appointment. We were doing a long highway drive - tire got sliced 6 inches by something on the road. Adam got us in fast, got the tire off and swapped in about 45 minutes! He was incredibly polite and didn't hurt us on the price. 5 star service. Back on the road already
