Tires Plus Total Car Care

BAIT AND SWITCH. I visited Tires Plus Total Car Care a few weeks ago. I had made an appointment with their competitor who happens to be located in the same retail plaza. My mistake by visiting the wrong place. However, the service advisor I spoke with did not advise me I was at the wrong location when I told him I had an appointment but rather attempted to steal my business by offering me a quote. RED FLAG #1. The pricing for service are clearly displayed on a television screen behind the service advisors. There are NO asterisks, caveats, or fine print to be found on the advertised prices displayed. Brought my Jeep in for a regular oil change. I noticed my car leak the day after the oil change. Brought it back to the shop and now they want $1200 for a Radiator. What a joke!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

I went to Tires Plus the other day expecting a simple visit, and instead walked away completely frustrated. Their prices are ridiculously inflated, and the workers seemed more focused on squeezing money out of me than actually helping. They gave me a long estimate for repairs I supposedly “needed” when I had literally just had that exact work done DAYS before at another shop. It’s either incompetence or they’re just trying to upsell unnecessary services—neither one is acceptable. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I didn’t know anything about my own vehicle. Instead of listening, they tried to push expensive add-ons and scare tactics to get me to spend more money. It felt less like a service center and more like a sales trap. Great service! Jason and the team at Tire Plus always goes above and beyond. As a woman, I truly appreciate feeling comfortable and confident in their hands. I never feel cheated, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! Went to get my AC checked out with $103 to $34 dollars was very sweet of the owner to die considering that my ac doors were shut the whole time, was very patient and nice to me the whole time. Thank you so much Tires Plus and to their amazing owner!
