Awesome customer service. Used them for some tire work and an alignment and they got me sorted quickly both times. Staff are so very outgoing and seem to take pride in there work and keeping a clean and welcoming shop.

I had a great experience at Firestone. They gave me an excellent quote of $258 for both rear tires, which was very reasonable compared to other places I checked. The store manager, Andy, and DRA was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to recommend a few important things for my car without being pushy, and he explained everything clearly so I could understand what my vehicle needed now versus later. The service was fast, honest, and affordable. I really appreciated the customer service and transparency. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

My husband and I went there to get an oil change (plus top off all fluids) because they offered a coupon for $29.99. When they finished a wonderful knowledgeable employee Riane checked us out and let us know about a promotion they have where if you apply for a Tires Plus credit card right there (took 2 minutes or less whether you get approved or not) your bill gets waived so we paid nothing! That helped us tremendously with our vehicle that needed some TLC! When finished we could see our mileage again and the temperature gauge haha. We waited a bit even with an appointment but it was worth it for the great service! Raine (and other employees), thank you again for the great service! Will definitely go back!

I purchased a set of firestones roughly 1 1/2 years ago from them along with alignment and tpsm sensors. 1st off had a blow out the other day the entire side wall of one the tires completely gave out when I brought the tire to shop the had told me I must of been driving on it flat which I wasn’t unless it occurred while I was driving. The front desk lady said the tires have a 70k mile thread warranty which I barely have 30k on them and she states “plus they are pretty worn so that could be another reason” but denied to work with 70k mile warranty after she stated it the thread on the tires could of potentially lead to the blow out. Either way they said they could discount a new tire and only could sell me a brand new one. I went down the road to Firestone the discounted a brand new tires 5

My wife and I have been coming to Tires Plus in Vero Beach for five years. Not only do they do good work, they have proven again and again to have integrity. There have been multiple occasions where I have requested a service, thinking that it was necessary such as getting a new battery, where they have called me back to say that service is not necessary. When it comes to coupons, no need to haggle, they are happy to apply the relevant discounts to your bill. A repair shop prioritize that prioritizes the customer and honesty above making a quick and easy buck is a repair shop I will come to for the life of my vehicles.
