Tires Plus

I found a screw in my tire and needed to get the hole plugged before work the following day. Tires Plus was able to get me in and out the door so fast. As someone with a long commute and not a lot of free time to take my vehicle in for service, I greatly appreciate how quickly they were able to accommodate me. The staff I encountered were very friendly.

All I needed was a valve stem replacement on my mom's tire. They were GREAT! They didn't try to "get one over" because I was a girl; which I absolutely loved! More mechanic and tire shops should be like this. They were understanding of my issue, they were knowledgeable and they were quick! My mom made an appointment for 10:30 am, I didn't have to wait to get in, and they had me out quickly. I wish I had gotten the 2 guys who helped me so I can give them a shout-out, because they were both so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, quick and very customer friendly! The prices are VERY reasonable there, I highly suggest using them for your tires! A definite 5 star rating!

The way these guys handled my situation was very commendable and genuine. I came into the shop after having a not so good interaction with monroe tires next door and Joe was so kind to my needs. He came out and assessed my cars dilemma. Proceeded to try and handle it right away and then when he saw there was more work than expected that needed to be done he told me exactly what to do and we set up an appointment. My sweet coco Chanel (my chevy trax) needed service and man did the staff come through. I came in the next day and the guys went to work, I didn't get all of their names but they know who they are. We laughed and joked at the front desk and they made my stress go away. Jason did all of the work and also put all new caps on my valves. He inspected my car and said she is good to go

I woke up to a flat tire and was able to install the spare. I scheduled service online and initially saw a noon availability, but shortly afterward received a call explaining they were fully booked. Rather than turning me away, they invited me to bring the vehicle in and assured me they would accommodate it. I dropped it off, and the service was completed within two hours. They also took the extra care to properly return the spare tire to my truck and replace the trunk cover. Professional, efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
