Tires Plus

Trevor and Adams are very professional and amazing at their job. They always go above and beyond when I visit this location. I had been to other Tires Plus locations that did not align my car properly, whereas they did an amazing job and my car drives great!

I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm to replace a tire sensor and arrive at 2:05 and I was told by jose Marie that it will take 2 hours to fix a tire. I told him that my appointment was to replace a sensor I also told him that I was taking time from work if he could please have it done before since was a simple thing. He replied in a sarcastic way that I was late. I told him that it was only 5 minutes and if he could please have it done before he replied again in the same way that in an hour since was something easy. About 1 hour later I asked the manager if he could please have my car done and he immediately went to Jose Marie and asked him to work in my car. 20 minutes after still jose did not touch my car and the manager appologize and offer me a free oil change, at the same time

Had a great experience every time I went there. But ... 2 hrs before closing 7pm they couldn't look at or fix a 1/2 hour repair or replacement. A appointment at 3pm the next day was the answer. Glad I have to work the next morning. T/A truck stop helped..

I had a wonderful experience with Tires Plus. Adams, the GM, was kind, respectful, and made the process of getting my tire repaired quick and painless. He was upfront and made sure I was aware of every step. I will defenirly bring my vehicle back here if I need it again in the future.

UPDATE: I was so pleased with the great service I experienced earlier in the week that I took the car back for an oil change. Once again, excellent service! Thanks folks! — Excellent service which began with my call to the shop. JB listened, understood my problem and told me my options for repairing or replacing my tire ***based on what I told him***. He very clearly explained that until they saw the car, they couldn’t confirm what would be required. I appreciated this! Diagnosing sight-unseen would have been a red flag to me. Everything went as planned. Better, actually, as I was in and out much faster than expected and the repair price was very reasonable! I hope I don’t have need of their repair services again soon but, boy am I glad they were here when I needed them. 😊
