I purchased a new (rather old) vehicle on FB marketplace. Everything was fine with it except the tires. Had to get the whole set replaced but I no longer had the budget for it. Romeo at Tire South (howell mill) was very helpful at helping me find a set of tires within the small budget I had. The car drives like a dream now. Ive had alignment done here in my previous vehicle so I knew I had to come back here with my current car, and that was the best decision I made. They are understanding and flexible and I highly recommend utilizing their services. Franchises like Firestone and Mavis have a very different approach to pricing and customer satisfaction and could learn a thing or two from Tire South.

These guys are amazing and helped me out of a jam. I have a lifted and wide Duramax, they were the 15th shop I called to get alignment, rotate, and balance after replacing a steering box on the side of the interstate the night before. These guys are amazing. Thank you again gentlemen.

Had a great experience at Tire South today. Jared and Romeo were fantastic — friendly, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. They diagnosed a slow leak on my Fisker Karma within minutes and fixed it right away. They also gave thoughtful advice about protecting the rims by using machine tire‑fitting equipment in the future and even suggested taking before/after photos since the car is unique. Really appreciated the honesty, the attention to detail, and how well they treated both me and the car. Highly recommend this team and the culture they are building at this location.
