I have a 2011 car. Took my car to Tire South for oil change that took 3 hours. The guy tthat did it did not know how to reset the oil light. He also put the wrong mileage on the sticker that goes on the window. About 3 weeks later my my car was completely dry of oil. I put a quart of oil to get to tire south in McDonough. They didn't do anything but add oil. It should have been a red flag that something was wrong. It was 2:00pm on Saturday and they close at 4:00. I drove home checked my oil and it was dry. Had my car towed to a mechanic that I used before. They checked and the oil filter had a puncture in it. Mechanic said it was a mechanic error putting oil filter to tight they gave me the filter to show tire south. They did another oil change and I haven't had any problems. I had t

Outstanding service from the front desk representative. They listen to your needs, gave options and repairs quotes. Nice tires and wheels selection to choose from. The Reps checked out my vibration problem on my SUV and found the problem quickly. He kept me posted on evaluation process. The bathroom and waiting area was clean. This is my new tire shop and I recommend it to all my friends and family

This location has diminished in quality and customer service year by year since I’ve started using them. 3 months when I bought new tires, I told friends that I would never come back but I went today for a maintenance which I had an appointment for and was asked to sit and someone would be right with me which no one came for a half hr which then I just got up and left. I promise I’ll never go back and whoever is reading this should not either. It’s only getting worse.

Had an awesome experience with this location and working with Cody to put a lift, tires and wheels on my 4Runner. He walked me through everything and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
