Tirezilla tires and automotive

This tire shop is pretty cool! I needed new tires and they got my tires (with competitive price) ready for change on the same day. I brought in my car the next day and they changed all four with quality work under an hour. They even helped me check brakes, fluids and pumped my spare tires. I was really happy to find this highly efficient tire shop and the cool people working there.

Oh baby! Had a slow leak in a tire. I was looking at 3 different places, but this was the only one that had the Yelp/info request thing turned on. So I let them know what was going on, and they said that I could stop by *now*, and they'd fix it while I waited. Bam, so that's what I did. Even talked to the guy about my car for a little bit. A fellow "car guy." Very cool! And he actually found two nails in there, not just one. I have harder to find tires on my other car, and this place can get them too. Win, win, win! So I just found myself a new tire place. Fantastic! 👍👍👍

So I absolutely annihilated my wheel on a big curb yesterday and hobbled into Tirezilla hoping it was just a scratch. Isaac kindly informed me that I absolutely should not continue driving on that wheel and he put in a ton of effort trying to find me a replacement. He moved the wheel from the front to the back which helped me limp around town. I came back the next day, also without an appointment, and Joe was able to replace all 4 wheels and tires for $35 each. I didn't catch the owners name, but he was super kind and helpful as well. I super appreciate their care and thoughtfulness as someone that knows very little about cars.

My one tire suddenly got flat on my Tesla. They diagnosed and fixed it quickly in a few minutes, and charged reasonably. Attitude was also very good. I really got stressed as I had to go to another place soon. Thank them for fixing it in timely manner.

The worker here was being very unprofessional. He kept talking to me as if I’m dumb. For someone who claims he runs the place in the afternoon, he was very unprofessional and had bad customer service. Simply was asking a question on the tire he put in and he kept talking to me as if I was dumb claiming I was coming at him when I wasn’t. Never will I ever come back here for a worker to make me feel stupid and talk to me however and said he’s going to put on our old tires and be on our way.
