Titan Motorworks went above and beyond for me. They are the type of business I am happy to support. I normally do not write reviews, but I was compelled to in this case. They did a full PPF on the exterior paint and interior trim, ceramic coat, and tints all around on my new X5. I had paid BMW of Rochester to powder coat the factory wheels gloss black. In my excitement of getting my new vehicle, I didn't notice that BMW of Rochester had done a shoddy job with overspray everywhere. Katie at Titan called me and explained the situation and sent me pictures. She offered to deal with the dealership for me and remedy the situation. She was amazing!!
