I recently purchased a small travel trailer from Titan One and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Both gentlemen I interacted with were going the extra mile (literally) to make sure i was satisfied and taken care of. I've lived on the road for 10 years so I've been around a lot of trailers and I check trailers for EVERYTHING. I'm very thurough. But I was accommodated upon every request. Zach got me a ladder, tools, drove to the store to fill a propane tank, helped me fix a broken light, worked with me on a price. It's also worth noting that he was at the urgent care with his little one when we were scheduled to meet and he still came down to help me because I had driven 2 hours to get there. Bought a class c motor coach from them and it was a smooth experience. I came in several times looking at the unit and they did their best to accommodate all my needs and answer all questions truthfully. After a test drive home to measure the driveway we sealed the deal! While we were completing the paperwork they went and fueled up the RV for me so I could leave and start enjoying instantly! Small dealerships seem to have much better deals than large stores in our 3 months of shopping.

Very satisfied. I purchased a wheelchair van from Zach. He did a video in advance, which helped in making a long-distance purchase. He was very helpful and nice to my brother, who picked up the van for me. These are good people, and I recommend them.
