Got a maintenance job done with oil change and tire rotation. My air was very low in my tires. No one bothered to fill the air in my tires. Smh

Chris was able to program both my remote key fobs for my 2013 Chevrolet Impala. This takes a specific tool GM Tech 2 that's becoming uncommon to find. Several places around town do not have the ability to program this. They let us know ahead of time it may not work but what I appreciate is they still tried. They work fantastic! I took my car in to service the transmission due to some concerns I had. A 2.5 hour service unfortunately lasted over 6 hours. I was informed that my vehicles maintenance history and the transmission fluid would be inspected prior to the maintenance to determine if it would be safe to do. The dealership then went through with the service and I was informed by the service associate Brian that my car was taken on 2 test drives and was slipping but the condition hadn’t worsened from before. I wasn’t a quarter mile from the dealership before noticing the car was driving much worse and making noises that it hadn’t before. The service department was already closed by that time so I called back the following morning to request a diagnosis that Brian had recommend I do. I was then told that there

i took my car in for a recall fix. Although their website was little confusing when I scheduled for a appointment on that matter, the service guy was very helpful straightening it out at the counter and got my truck looked at that day. He suggested, (for future reference) its best to CALL to schedule for Recalls.
