So my husband took his mustang in to get some work done. While it was parked outside waiting to get the car fixed someone hit it on the front left leaving substantial damage 💔. It was all caught on camera and of course the person who hit it has no license and no insurance! Titus has not offered any kind of help fixing the car saying that there not responsible for any damage done while on their property. We took our car in to get something minor done and now have over 10 grand worth of damages! You would think that they would compensate with something since it happened on their property? Definitely will not be bringing our car back again and will caution anyone we know on doing business with them

Took my 2020 Explorer Platinum in for a Cylinder 6 misfire, was quoted 1563 for a repair, and then after asking my advisor Kenny for the labor breakdown was told that they added “duplicate fees” and “Fee’s that didn’t really apply to your service” accidentally. 72 dollars and 45 minutes of work in my garage later and my CEL is gone, misfire gone, new plugs in and 1563 saved from this over priced service department. Sadly I had to spend 182 on a diagnosis (which I already knew the problem but of course that’s just how service departments work so no complaints about that). All in all a horrible experience, will definitely not recommend getting any vehicles serviced here, but the saving grace about this place is that the sales side is absolutely fantastic, I’ve purchased two cars from Lakew

I purchased a Transit connect from this dealership and paid $10,000 for a warranty,I had leaking coming from my engine so I take it in to get looked at it takes 3 days for the service to give me an answer on the issue mind you I have this vehicle for work and have to cancel all work till I get my vehicle after 3 days and bad communication with service advisor that doesn't have answers on anything about what's going on,they find leaking coming from transmission which they claim my warranty doesn't cover says it's $1200 to repair and leaking coming from motor that is covered,and so then tells me I owe a $250 for a deductible on my warranty that I paid $10,000 for at this dealership, I've never I'm my life have paid a deductible for a warranty for something already paid for. This is a long review because I want to explain exactly what happened, why I’m giving 1 star, and why I’ll never return to Titus-Will. I brought my Ford Escape in on 11/20 to address an acceleration issue—slow response and brown smoke under sudden throttle. I suspected the turbo/eco-boost system. Initial impression: My advisor was professional at first. I agreed to a $150 diagnostic fee. I was told an open recall would be taken care of as well. The progress link showed my drop-off and then the completed diagnostic the next day. After that, the entire history disappeared, and the app only showed the drop-off time for the remainder of the two weeks they had my vehicle.
