Daughters car was left unlocked for the week it took them to look at it. Things were taken out of the vehicle, things were moved all over the car like someone had gone through and destroyed it while in their possession. The owner showed no remorse and kept saying no one took anything. Our fault for thinking the shop would make sure doors get locked. I don't trust this shop, be careful.

My family and I have been taking our cars and vans to Karl Titze's Auto Repair for many years. We've always been satisfied with his work and the amount he charges. Over the years, he has successivefully completed many different types of repairs for us. Most importantly, we trust him.

Great shop! We were driving cross country try with car troubles. Karl picked up the phone well after work hours and helped us diagnose the problem over the phone. We then showed up 8 am, the next morning. He had us fixed up and out in less than an hour. Problem was a bad spark plug wire. Highly recommend using him. Efficient, helpful, and well priced!

Karl is an honest mechanic! He fixes what broke, and will make recommendations on other issues if he notices any. He is a little tougher to get into because of this! Been using him for yrs and haven’t had any problems! Trustworthy mechanic shop!

I will never be taking my car back here again. i brought it in to get my transmission looked at. then they call me the next day and tell me i need a new transmission because there was metal slivers in the fluid. i changed that fluid 2 days prior to this and i know it wasn’t black. Then, i went to pick it up cause he said it drove fine and my speedometer cable and throttle cable no longer functioned correctly, my upper hard pipe is not even on, and i had a boost leak. i’ve never seen my car in worse condition. yet they still charged me 140 for basically breaking my car. when i was driving the car to the shop the speedometer cable and everything worked perfect except for shifting so that’s why i brought it to them. definitely do not recommend!
