TJ-Auto Spa Hand Car Wash & Detailing

I recently brought my SUV here for a full interior car wash that was supposed to include interior shampooing, but the experience was disappointing. The carpets were not properly cleaned they were only power washed, not scrubbed or shampooed, and there are still visible stains left behind (as shown in the photos). On top of that, they completely missed cleaning the backseat area until I pointed it out myself. Even after that, the backseat was still not shampooed properly, despite it being part of the service I paid for. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect basic attention to detail, especially for an interior cleaning. Hopefully this feedback helps them improve, because the lack of care really stood out

TJ and his team treated my car with great care, going above and beyond to ensure every inch was spotless. From the dashboard to the floor mats and even those tricky, often overlooked areas, everything was cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend TJ to anyone. He was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I recently bought a vehicle that was sitting for a long time, the interior looked as if it was never cleaned before. TJ worked his magic and had the inside and outside of my car looking like a brand new vehicle. He took his time and paid attention to the small details all in a time frame of three hours which says a lot seeing how much TLC needed to go into this car lol. So many different packages to choose from and it’s great to see that every package comes with multiple services no matter the price! I booked them because of the TJ-Auto Spa Hand Car Wash & Detailing convenience, but the result was way below expectations. Water spots were still visible, and the interior didn’t feel fully cleaned. For the price they charge, I expected much better.
