Brought my car in and told them I needed a brake light bulb replaced. After removing more parts than necessary over half an hour, they told me my car had a specialized LED light (it wasn't an LED) and that they needed a deposit for a new part that cost 300 dollars. Went to another shop and they replaced the bulb for 20 bucks in 10 minutes. Either they tried to massively upsell me, or they genuinely thought I needed a whole new replacement part, both of which are massively disappointing especially as a long time customer.

I was having breakfast a couple doors down at the diner when I saw this place on the way home. I need a real change and decided to check it out. I told the man that I wanted the regular oil change for $22.99. Instead, I got the synthetic oil change for $39.99. Communication is very key when working with customers. I didn’t feel like arguing to get a price reduction, so I let it go. I also had the mechanic change the headlight battery in my car for $20 which was worth it. I’m not sure if I’ll be back but they do have a clean operation and seem to know what they’re doing

Jose and his team did an amazing job installing new wheels on my Tesla. I had another auto shop I was going to, but they were complicated with scheduling me in. I’m glad I came across this auto shop while driving and talked with Jose who was super nice and chill. They got the job done efficiently and smoothly with no issues. Thanks for what you guys do!

I needed a new headlight light bulb replaced for my car. I called a couple of garages in town; one place quoted me $290 with a description of the job I knew was not right and unnecessary. I was told to bring my car in next week. On the other hand, TJ’s Tire and Auto Service quoted me a much lower price but suggested to me to bring the car in to be sure of the quote. When I brought my car in right away, it was looked at quickly although they had other cars they have been working on. They listened to me and checked out things quickly and confirmed the same price as I was quoted earlier. The headlight light bulb was replaced and I was good to go in a few minutes. It is really nice to know that there are places who do honest business and treat you politely even over small jobs.
