There is nothing better than having an appointment, them taking your tires off and THEN them telling you they don’t have the tires that you ordered a week ago. Very bad attitude but don’t like when you get an attitude back. My car smelled like cigarettes sooo bad from them!! And the lady with the bull piercing wants to roll her eyes and come to the garage to intimidate you because they are idiots!!! Like girl bye I’m not breaking my nail on your biggie!! Also the guy tells me “I’m good to pull out” then waves me back in saying he found the lug nut he lost….like excuse me???? You lost a lug nut? Why did you tell me to pull out?!?! He looks at me dazed and confused 🫤 And my husband is calling there upset and they won’t answer now 🤣🤣💀

Lynn is always incredibly helpful—she gets us in fast, takes care of what we need, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went in Friday, and they ordered tires for me. They said they would be in Monday and they would call me when they came in. It's Tuesday afternoon, and I'm getting tires from somewhere else. The least they could've done is call and say I can't get those tires or we don't want to work on your car. I went to this place because it was close to home. The place I'm at now has the tires I needed and a little cheaper so I'm good.

I LOVE TJT tire!! Always friendly service and they remember regular customers. Great all around service and pricing. I moved up to Hammond, but will always come back to TJT for service on my vehicle

Had a bolt in my tire. Called them this morning and they told me to bring it in! I arrived and they took me right away and did the repair. I was in and out in less than a half hour. Only $30 too! Definitely will go back there with future needs!
