T&K Auto Glass

This guy did 2 jobs for me and did a decent job. Months later I asked him to replace my BMW windshield and messed up the rain sensor. When I picked up the BMW I paid him for that vehicle and to do the glass on my Suburban. He said he would schedule to Suburban when he got the glass.. He has ghosted me for months. Now I have to return the leased Suburban and pay a second time to have the windshield replaced. Not good business.

Ky'Shun experienced his own car troubles with his truck breaking down right before my appointment and made no excuses as to why he couldn't make it! He was communicative and kind. Kyshunn was pretty decent and cool and well knowledgeable on his knowledge on fixing windows as well as cracks. He was able to replace my windshield and my passenger driver side window definitely will be using again.
