We live in Washington and stumbled upon this 2016 Coachmen Brookstone listed for sale at a great price on Facebook by one of their sales reps, Jennifer. We inquired about this trailer and were greeted by timely responses, fair negotiations, and since there were no glaring red flags jumping out to us we decided to purchase it. We are big "review" people. We always, always, always read reviews, but for what ever reason this ONE time, we did not end up looking them up until AFTER we had already mailed our check (because everything was going so well!)... My husband and I purchased our first RV from T&K RV Sales. We have been following the T&K page for a while and found one that was a perfect match for us. Kimberly and her husband were very communicative throughout the transaction. They answered our questions about different specifications on the RV before we made the drive down on a Friday afternoon. They promptly met us at the property and showed us the RV. They were more than happy to demonstrate that everything worked and were patient with us as we asked our beginner questions. They allowed us to take it for a test drive and even checked on us to make sure everything was okay as we were testing it out. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy the RV. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! T&K RV Sales are nothing more than con artists! I bought a 5th wheel that I was told everything works. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The damage cost me an additional $10,000!! Upon arrival from the very late delivery driver. I was informed that a tire blew out and mangled the wheel well and sewer access point. The driver assured us that Kimberly and her husband would rectify this. They also agreed they would make this right. Only to give me the run around for months. After further inspection the landing gear is bent, the slides do not function properly. The battery was shot, the toilet doesn’t hold water. The refrigerator does not work. One air conditioner was broken. All the compartments were locked with no keys in the camper.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They assured us that everything had been looked over and everything worked! They assured us that propane tanks would be in the camper at delivery. When it arrived, no propane tanks, refrigerator did not work, lock fell out of the door! Multiple calls, texts, emails later and we still have not been reimbursed for the tanks. We have purchased a new fridge and fixed a propane leak! These people cannot be trusted! Do not buy from them! Big mistake!

To start with we should have read the reviews FIRST! We bought our trailer in Dec They were in a hurry to get to a family function but “ assured us that everything worked!!” When we picked up the trailer they had someone else meet us and the battery was dead so we couldn’t open up the slides and do a complete run through. They assured us the keys and manual was in the kitchen drawer, that the fridge worked and the furnace worked! Ha were we ever wrong and taken advantage of. Just don’t deal with these people, they are dishonest and cons! We had to spend more $$ because of their lies and bad business! Buyer be ware!
