TLG Peterbilt - Cincinnati

I bought a 2022 Pete 389 Flat top from this TLG Peterbilt. I also bought the Red Oval two year extended warranty. Good thing I did, first week in it needed two cab air bags and a DEF sensor. Tina hooked me up on a Saturday morning and along with the tech Chris, they got everything knocked out in a couple of hours. Then I headed home and installed some Hogebuilt stainless half fenders. She is looking killer.

One of our Peterbilt 389 broke on Highway 275 on November 21, 2025. We order the parts, problem was no delivery were until Monday, 24th. And it was raining and almost no one was available around until next day. But Jenifer became our savior that day. With her hard work She found the part, not just found the part, since we were on the way her home, ( little of side) she did show her professionalism, and deliver the part and save us load, broker, and very expensive towing. Showed up at 7am today with an issue of not having any power to my outlets no sleeper lights and no power to my fridge. They got me in within 30 min of arriving and figured out a relay I had replaced was bad out of box and was causing the issue. Thanks to these guys for the great service and great experience as always with TLG.

Altnator went out on me last night . Made it in to get another 1 this morning want to say they were all Very Top Notch I want to Brag on Kodi Haas young man in the shop... Good help is Hard to Find these days and They Have 1 of the Best in the Shop by having him on there Team.. Parts Counter People and Service Desk People were all Very Kind and Professional People ... Thanks you all Made my Day today and God Bless You All..
