Charged me $9,000 for a clutch no flywheel on a 2020 international, work done in reasonable time and no problems after a year but price is ridiculous

Broke down and had to tow our truck in to this place, we used what we thought was a key drop at the place which most repair facility's have a key drop to find out that they couldn't access the box and return my keys when they couldn't work on our truck because they didn’t have a mechanic that knew how to work on an international. Ended up having to pay another dealership 800.00 to change my key locks and ignition. because this business couldn't get my key back from their drop box. You guys need to hang a sign letting customers know not to use the drop box, hoping other customers don't learn the hard way like we did. Horrible service. They 100% didn't care. Pretty much sorry about your luck. Stay away! Take your truck somewhere else. I should send these guys the bill!
