TLS Auto Specialist

Let me start by saying, I like to do the vast majority of work on my own vehicles, but this timing cover reseal job that needed to be done is not in my wheelhouse, so after doing a lot of research into Toyota / Lexus shops in the DFW area I kept coming back to TLS Auto Specialist. My 4Runner is our traveling vehicle that I have invested a lot of time and money into getting it the way i want it, so having others work on it yet alone not having it in my own garage is quite worrisome to me. I brought in the 4Runner that was needing a timing cover reseal and a water pump. If you don’t know, the timing cover reseal is a very involved job that requires a lot of time and labor not to be trusted to just any yahoo. I recently purchased a 1996 4runner that needed a great deal of TLC. The owner and his crew were incredible and exceeded my expectations. I've only ever driven Toyota and have a pretty good understanding of them, at no point did I feel like they were "pulling a fast one" on me. They will be the only shop that gets to touch my vehicles going forward. Both service side and advisor side are excellent, gives off the feeling that you could have a beer with them, incredibly down to Earth. Would give more stars if I could.
