Needing alignment worked on my vehicle and was told they would not do it unless I have front new struts & new front tie rods-inner & outer replaced before the alignment is completed. The labor alone for each tire is over $300. When the alignment is only $89. Quoted me over $1300 when I came in for a $89 alignment.

I used to have a higher rating on here, but that was before getting lied to and swindled. I have evidence of this too. I was told my ball joints were bad and I needed new ones. Every time I brought my car in there for work to be done, it turned into 3x the work I originally wanted done at 3x the cost. Anyway, was told my ball joints were shot. I happened to get financing at Les Schwab, so I had some other work done there before having the ball joints replaced at TMA. Funny thing is when Schwab guys had it up to look underneath the car, they said the ball joints were fine . Absolutely good with no issues. Actually looked like they would be good for quite awhile. Looked at them myself. So there was no grey area there. Last time I will ever go to TMA. Who knows what else they got me for?

I have been going to TMA for about a year for tires, oil changes, and tire sensors. I have been impressed with the staff for their professionalism and timeliness getting things done. Tom is the person I have talked to most on the phone and he is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I can trust their opinion with my cars which goes a long way!
