TMG Auto Sales

The day I bought the car, I noticed the lights weren't working and the window automatic wasn't working, and the engine was low on water. After buying it, I sent them a message, but they never replied. A month and a half passed, and the engine fault light came on. I sent another message, and again they didn't reply. I find this place extremely unreliable and regret buying a car from here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have all the documents related to the car and the company. I hope you won't leave a comment below this review saying you didn't buy from us, otherwise I'll have to attach screenshots of all the documents to the comments. They don't check their phones for months, but when you comment here, they reply immediately Stay away from people who do business like this.

One of the most professional experiences recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade priceless car fine. The staff was very professional. On Time communicated the policies allowing to view the car test drive to get a good feel of what you’re gonna purchase. People look no further. This is the place to get your future car approval process was very good and also in a timely matter TMG auto sales for me. Definitely will purchase again.

If you want a straightforward no gimmick sales experience look no further, these guys are top notch. I wad shopping for a new work van, and TMG had a couple of vans on their lot that suited my needs, I settled on a low mileage in 2012 Ford Transit, and they made the purchasing process quick and easy. Their pricing was competitive, and I didn't have to waste the day haggling, I paid a fair price, and they handled the paperwork promptly and paid me fairly for my trade-in. They never tried to upsell me with unnecessary dealer prep packages or any of the typical car dealership B.S. that I've dealt with in the past. I rolled away in my new truck in less than 2 hours! This was by far the best and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. It is truly a pleasure to deal with these guy

I saw a vehicle I liked on line I went down there to look at it the price was " Ok " still over kkb. Once I arrived I looked at the vehicle I requested a test drive and the sales man tells me he has to disclose something the vehicle had some special add ones " wheels and tail lights" so the price was an additional 2600 more. The vehicle was listed on line with a different price with the wheels and custom tail lights. Good ol bait and switch. I told the sales man 17k plus for a 121k mile vehicle? His response was that's what we have. I asked about another vehicle that wasn't " custom" if we can negotiate but he said no. Typical small shady dealer. Do your research look up the vehicles value so you can get an idea.

After searching for a low mileage used car I made an online appointment to visit TMG Auto Sales with my son to look at a 2009 Ford Ranger that was featured on the web site. The communication before the appointment was excellent we arrived and the car was there clean and ready for us , we took a test drive and was provided with a full Car Fax report. We really liked the car and asked if our mechanic could come and inspect the car and they told us no problem, all the cars in the lot were very clean and in good shape as well as the office. For a small car dealership we were very impressed how nice,honest and welcoming the staff were and I would highly recommend TMG Auto for anyone looking for a quality used affordable car. Ed Mac
