TM&T Tire

Went here for an inspection on my work vehicle. They are a Fleet Enterprise partner. The service was impeccable. I had a slow flat tire fixed as well. Hard working professionals. In and out quick.

This was my go to shop for over 15yrs, driving all the way from Long Island. However, of late it seems as if the workmanship is absolutely horrible. There is absolutely no reason that I had to be in this shop every 2 months for the past 2 years to the point that my car was in such bad shape, I had to sell it. I couldn't afford to fix it anymore. That completely broke my heart. Mind you this car is hardly driven and I put less that 8,000 miles a year. I have completely lost faith in TMT and won't be back.

The best shop in NY tri state area. Have been coming here for over 8 years staff is friendly and very helpful. Tires they install are new with manufacturer date curent. Look no further. Just got my Rivian R1Ts all 4 tires replaced. Drives like new thanks TMT team.

I've been a costumer for over 20 years I would routinely bring all my cars here for service maintenance oil changes, brakes, tires & inspections. Today I brought my M550i for an oil change and they Charged me $125+ Tax to change my oil mind you I brought my own BMW Oil and Filter, 4 months prior they Charged me $50 which is obviously a good price for an old costumer and 2 weeks ago they Charged me $60 for the Oil Change on my G37s, when I asked 1 of the Owners why $125 he responded BECAUSE ITS A BMW, what a disappointment lately they've become shady liars who set prices as they see fit and rip people off, for $65 extra dollars and for the need that you had to rip me off its going to cost you a Long Time Loyal Costumer, Horrible what this place has become even my grandfather use to go there

had all 4 tires replaced and today i needed to change my breaks and i realized after insane trouble taking off my tires, that they completely ruined at least 1 stud on each tire by using a torque gun to mount my tires once they were done changing them causing the threading to be ruined. it us unacceptable and will never be coming back again. also telling everyone i know to stay away. completely unprofessional practice that could easily be avoided.
