We are from Knoxville, Tn and drove up one weekend to test drive it and see if it was as good as it looked online. He decided he wanted it. We worked with them from Knoxville. Frank & Mark were fanatic to work with. We drove up the following Friday and they stated open late knowing we had a long drive. They had the car and paperwork ready to go as soon as we arrived. This review is being posted for documentation and public awareness. I purchased a vehicle that was expected to be safe and reliable at the time of sale. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues. While the dealership initially took the vehicle back and attempted repairs — including a full engine rebuild — that does not excuse what followed. I was without my vehicle for months while continuing to make payments on it. After the engine rebuild, problems still remained, and additional issues appeared. Notably, after receiving the car back, my rear windows no longer function — an issue that did not exist prior to the vehicle being taken in for repairs. Communication completely stopped.
