Jessie was absolutely fantastic! My little boy had his first experience with a tow truck, and he was in awe. Jessie patiently answered a barrage of questions from my enthusiastic 6-year-old. Not only did he respond to all of his inquiries, but he also took the time to explain how the hydraulics of the truck bed worked and what each lever did. My son couldn't stop talking about Jessie and his tow truck! He even told Jessie, “I’m going to be a tow truck driver when I grow up!” Aside from having a star-struck 6-year-old, our overall experience and service were exceptional. Jessie was punctual and professional. He called to confirm the appointment and even sent a reminder. People like Jessie make difficult situations much easier!
