The car wash man that wears a top golf hat on 3/8/26 did a fantastic job focusing on my dirty wheels. He really took his time making sure he did a great job. Thank you, sir.

This is our go to carwash. Bummer they don't hand dry anymore, but I get it with the current economy. The guy in the carwash with glasses and mustache does such an awesome job! He always goes above and beyond.

Came in a few days ago and was helped by a short red haired lady. On her name tag was Store Manager so I assume she's the main manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and had little to no customer service. It seemed as if my being there was a problem and the entire time I was being helped, she complained about her staff. She also took close to 10 minutes to come out of what I assumed to be her office to assist me. I've also heard from others that she's like this consistently. How is she the store manager with this behavior? Was about done with coming in but decided to give it one more chance and came in yesterday.
