Today's Car Wash

Hello i am not one to typically leave reviews but this place is a sham. I took my truck through the wash and paid $29 dollars damn near $30 for the best most top tier wash they offer and was unfortunately let down terribly. Upon trying to use the vacuums (they aren’t good by the way), i was also let down once again. Their towels aren’t even clean, full of dirt and grime right off the shelf. If i could leave zero stars i would. This is incredibly unacceptable and downright wrong. PSA TO EVERYONE: Do not waste your money or time here, i think i’ll stick to my favorite car wash Tommy’s Express.

I don’t waste my time on writing bad reviews. I usually just stop going to The places where I have bad experiences, but today is different so if you pay to get your car washed and it is not washed, they will not reimbursed you or let you go back through the car wash again, which is ridiculous if I’m gonna pay to get my car washed I should be able to get my car washed. The vacuums have low suction power. I’m not sure if the machine is down or what but today y’all have lost a customer and I will be looking for a new car wash up the street. I’ll probably be going to the one across the street from bushes chicken next to spare time because they have better service better washes and better vacuums. Do not waste your money at this place.

The place is dirty, the air compressor for tires is out of order, the manager was egotistical buthead when i asked if he would move his car out of the air fill stall so i could air my tire up so i could get to work on time,he responded that he wouldn't with my attitude. I told him i was a paid customer and asked him again if he would move his car so i wouldn't be late he refused. i went to work with to work late, with a low tire and he was laughing as i drove off mad. so do i recommend this car wash? nooo way. Todays car wash is an excellent deal if they do it the way they did when it first opened. Not with the egomanic manager runnig it this way.

You get what you pay for. Dont expecting magic. The unlimited washes plan is worthy, but there are caveats. If you oppose brush washes, this is not for you. If you insist on detail-level service, no need even looking this way. If you are someone who lives and or works in a normal car, this could be your new initial daily stop. It's surely one of mine.

Somehow the carwash left a couple of minor scratches on my suv today but also damaged my backup camera. I dont really care about the scratches but with my backup camera now not working I am pretty mad about that. I really rely on that camera. I tried calling but couldn't get through to anyone.
