Good customer service but I found the integrity of the work on my vehicle to be a 1 star, due to the fact that I had to bring it back to them twice. They were able to fix the original issue but within doing so caused multiple issues that wasn't an issue when I brought it to them. When I finally received my vehicle back a hose to the turbo was broken, grass was in my filter as if they threw it in the grass mowed the lawn then put it back on my vehicle. Hoses were not secured where they replaced a part. The only reason I would give them 2 stars is because they were nice overall. I would say on my end they lost a customer.

Todd’s Auto replaced the thermostat on my daughter’s 2016 Chevy Equinox. They didn’t get the gasket back in properly which caused a slow leak. My daughter was 40 miles away from Wichita Falls and her car overheated late on a Friday evening. I was not able to contact them until Monday morning. I explained that the car was 40 miles from Wichita and couldn’t be driven and that my daughter had to have her car fixed before Monday. I was lucky enough to find someone to redo the thermostat replacement on Saturday. Todd’s said that warranty work had to be completed at their shop so they refused to make it right. I have the invoice for the work I had to have redone and the thermostat that Todd’s Auto installed. I could not drive the car back to their shop and it would have cost more than the r

Todd’s is the place to go for reliable, honest repairs! They have worked on our vehicle and got us back on the road quickly and efficiently. Our chase vehicle is our office on the road. I’d recommend them for sure if you’re in Wichita Falls or close by.

Great guys, do a lot of work so they must be good! They'll get ya fixed up as soon as possible for the right price. I'd get my car fixed there any time. Friendly and prompt.

I went in to have a bulb replaced on 06/27/24 expecting to pay and have to wait. Instead I was immediately taken care of, even though there were other vehicles in the bays. I asked the guy (Ivan) how much it was going to be and while he was laboring in 1000 degree temperature...lol, he said "there's no charge" I was so impressed with this gesture of outstanding service and his overall attitude. I want to Thank Ivan and Bailey for excellent service and I'll definitely be referring their business to family and friends.
