Todd’s Place Express Car Wash

Second time I’ve tried this place today and both times same result, not one of the four sides of the car properly cleaned, did the $20 was both times and it’s just not a decent wash, the machines seem to push past too fast and not so a proper job. Cannot recommend this auto wash. Added a pic of the front for ref.

If there was a No Star rating I would post it. You roll into town (Lagrange) and set up a fancy Car wash and then proceed to treat your customers like garbage!!! Never in my life have I had an Owner of a company (Todd) who I spoke to directly, treat me with total disregard, disrespect and rudeness as this man gave me. I called him with a concern about the damage to my vehicle when I went through the wash. I was met with a loud, boisterous, lack of concern man who told me directly "I wont be paying for that, you entered at your own risk" His Car wash tore off the top hood grill on my truck and did not clean my vehicle. I thought at bare minimum I would receive a little cooperation and assistance in resolving this issue. I thought he would state "what can we do to fix this problem?". Not in

I’m usually not one to complain on Google. My car was VERY dirty and I wasn’t expecting a no spot shine but it didn’t even look like it made a dent. The free rags at the end were nice because I could actually get my hood clean. I will say, the vacuums were very good and they had a neat machine that vacuums the mats, also the attendants were friendly and that was a nice touch. But for a 20$!!!! Automatic car wash I really should not have to scrub my car after. If I come back I’m gonna use the 10$ option just to get to the vacuums and that’s unlikely when valvoline across the street has free ones.

This is the only car wash I go to. I choose the 10$ because I wax and tire shine my car myself so there's no point in paying for the more expensive option if I'm going to do it and I also love the free vacuums very helpful and pretty good to pick up after 2 kids and a messy old lady

Well, it DID get the salt off my truck. But the “better” option left wax spots all over in place of the salt. If you’re into getting your car washed and then going somewhere else to wash it again, this is the place for you. Their machine is just… bad.
