Todd's Place Express Car Wash

By far this is the best automated car wash in Louisville. The equipment always works. Spray cleaner and micro finer towels are provided. The attendants will wash your rubber matts for you. It is always clean snd the attendants hve been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Of course I’ve had a few run thrus where parts if the car were slightly neglected but the operative word here is automated. Great place. Been a member for three years.

Their dryers threw mud all over my car windshield. When I asked for a rewash, they said they don’t do re washes. When I text the owner, he admits that his washes aren’t good enough to clean in one wash. He then told me to cancel and lose his number.

Came through the drive-through on Shelbyville rd. I bought the most expensive car wash. I used the bug cleaner to get the bugs off the front of my vehicle prior to going through the wash. I came through the car wash and this is what my tires and wheels look like after their best wash. I pulled back around and informed the attendant working. He told me to “go clean my wheels at the bug wash station my self That that ought to take care of it”. For buying their best car wash I should not have to get out of my vehicle and scrub my rims. I know if you go through mikes car wash down the street for the same money they will thoroughly clean your vehicle prior to going through the wash. This ensures your car is clean. If it’s not they will send you back through the car wash at no expense. I feel f

I won't be returning to Todd's Place after today. It seem like the team on-site is willing to twist their understanding of the equipment to deny any damage to your vehicle. I went and notified the team that I believed the track had scratched both of my driver side wheels as the scratches were bold and consistent on every spoke for the front and back wheels. We pulled my car up to the track to compare the height and they immediately saw what they wanted to but not the reality. The track wasn't directly perpendicular to the ground but rather at a slant with the bottom of the track leaning directly at where the scratches were located however I was told it wasn't the tracks fault and that was it due to the size of the scratches. Misleading and poor maintenance to say the least.
