Todd's Service Center

This is the second time I have tried this place. I cant seem to get anyone to even look at my car. They make appointments but then when you show up, it's the old delay tactic. If they told me I would need a ride home even with an appointment I would have made plans for that. No they didn't do that. They told me to be a little early for my appointment and then tell me it will be 3 to 5 hours before they can even look at it. Obviously an appointment means nothing as they take walk ins before they care about appointments or they wouldn't be hours or days behind. Just a waste of my time and not very nice about it. Just a matter of fact like take it or leave it. I'm sure I would have never been happy with their work at this point and will never return.

Ten years ago, they were a great place; I wouldn't have recommended anyone else in the county. Today, they cost me over $18,000 at another shop because the parts they put in were defective, and they refuse to own up to it. These guys will rip you off an put junk parts in your car just to get it off the lot, and then you're on your own. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Todd will never touch another one of my vehicles. Edit1: Business claims to be BBB accredited, but BBB says they aren't. Business has thus far refused to answer BBB complaint. This is not the behavior of an upstanding business. Edit2: And now Todd straight lies. I was on a road trip to see my son in Indiana when my brake light came on. I pulled over on an off ramp to check my brakes and brake fluid level and tried to reset the parking brake but no luck. To go back home would have been 3 hours of wasted time just to get back to where I was due to Nashville traffic. I was able to locate Todd's and they generously said they would give it a look without any appointment. The tech immediately inspected the brakes/fluid, tested the parking brake and checked for codes. He said everything was fine except for the light and there was no fee for the service. I was on my way in 20 minutes and made it in time to meet my son for dinner. Thanks Todd's for fantastic service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was on a road trip and had a tire that looked a bit flat, so I unexpectedly routed the to nearest repair shop I could find. Todd’s welcomed me in, looked at it right away, and fixed it free of charge. It was an amazing experience and they truly cared about me as a person in addition to my car. I’m so l came across them and would recommend to anyone!

I have searched high and low for a personal mechanic shop and lo and behold by golly I found one! I would not recommend anyone other than DeeDee and Todd's service. I agree with the said above: they are reasonable, fast, and will not over charge. 🦾🫶🏻🧑🏽‍🔧👩🏻‍💻
