TOLEDO AUTO PARTS

So to begin with, I needed an Alternator for a customer and I looked into a Parts database that noted Toledo Auto Parts as one place that had a few of the Alternators I needed. So, being that I have an account with them and i had such a good experience the last time, I decided to pick it up from them. I made it to the store and the guy behind the glass was ok over the phone but when I walked in, he was very defensive, arrogant, and nasty (a complete 360° from my previous experience). He automatically judged and profiled me. After stating what I was there for, he didn't say anything else as though he was offended that I was even there. Second place I called looking for a Hyundai Entourage 2008. Needed a connector that went to the fan module. The guy the runs the place said he had one and he would walk me out to it so I could show him what I was talking about.. Not only did they have the part but also had a good conversation.
