Toledo Rv Repair and Restoration

Had them out 6/22/2023 to repair a leak I was having. $289 later this is workmenshop I show up to. I called left a msg on 6/23 and still have not received a phone call back. I do not recommend useing them.

Sam and the boys at Toledo Mobile Rv have always taken very good care of me and my Motorhome never have had to wait a whole long time for repairs so I appreciate everything they do

(January, 2025) The furnace on my 2017 Forest River Arctic Wolf 5th Wheel quit working. I called Toledo Mobile Marine on a Wednesday; they were there the next afternoon. They quickly determined they needed to pull the unit and take it back to the shop. I expected that was going to be the case. On Friday, Sam called me with an update. The furnace needed several new parts. He hoped to have it ready by early the next week. The following Monday morning, Sam called to let me know the furnace was fixed and working fine and that his crew would be on the way shortly to reinstall it. The crew arrived a little afternoon noon and, after struggling to reinstall the furnace (its in a difficult location - very hard to reach). They had it working by about 1:30. I wasn't going to leave a review at all but every time I turn around something else jumps up. Called Toledo Mobil RV to fix my awning as it would not close completely on both sides. I was told that the vinyl was stretched and that replacing the vinyl would fix my issue. That did not resolve the issue. They did offer to not charge the trip charge since it was mis-diagnosed. Told them that was fine though I was not happy about it. I would not have replaced the vinyl ($1,000) for the same result. There was nothing wrong with the vinyl (besides being supposedly stretched). I was told that "maybe" the arm was bent but they were not sure that would fix the issue (quoted $300-$400 for new arm). Decided to live with it for now and pay for what they did do.
