Toledo Super Wash

3 strikes, you’re out!!! 3rd time trying this location with issues. Today’s problem: a foamless FOAM brush. But I was in luck (or so I thought); there was a worker on site. I brought him over, showed him the problem, and he tinkered with it for a minute or two (while my time was running). He shrugged, said, “I don’t know what’s wrong with it,” and walked away. No offer of a refund, no offer for me to move to another stall for a free wash, nothing. Absolutely useless. Final note: don’t waste your time on their vacuums either. Go up the street to Tsunami on Alexis where they are free.

Pulled up to the turbo supermatic paid my $9 pulled up its sprayed under my car it sprayed my car with pink soap and then shut off I don't know if this place change owners but it has gone downhill I have been putting tickets in there for a long time under the door this place probably owes me well over $100 in rip offs from this car wash and there's no way to get ahold of anybody SMH disappointment to Point Place

Took my truck into the automatic car wash. Thing went around and nothing came out. No soap or water. Second and final pass was just water. Phone number to call doesn't work. Won't be going back unless I can get a refund.

Went to use automatic car wash, paid $8, drove up, the wash sprayed soap and then stopped working, I pulled out and went to the self service wash, put money in, went to use hose and it did not work, I’m assuming it was frozen. Pulled out and saw someone using the automatic and it was working, so I thought I would give it another try seeing my car was still covered in pink soap! Paid for the $9 wash, same exact thing happened again! I had to drive to the wash on Alexis to get the soap washed off. I called to see if i could get my money back bc the services I paid for were not given. No one answered, I left a voicemail, I never received a call back. Go here if you just want to throw money away.

Was a ok wash got the 10 dollar one still didn’t get all the bird feces off my car Kinda disappointed I guess I should of whent to the touch wash instead of the pull thru one
